NOVELTY - A phosphorus-metal polyphthalocyanine/carbon composite material comprises red phosphorus as active center, metal polyphthalocyanine as electrocatalytic promoter with electrochemical lithium storage activity, and carbon materials as matrix material of the conductive network. USE - Phosphorus-metal polyphthalocyanine/carbon composite material used as negative electrode for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high reversible specific capacity, excellent electrochemical cycle performance and structural stability, and synergistic effect of red phosphorus, metal polyphthalocyanine and carbon material, and is prepared by simple preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the phosphorus-metal polyphthalocyanine/carbon composite material.
