NOVELTY - Copper monoatomic nanoenzyme comprises copper-tetrazete C1 graphene composite. USE - The nanoenzyme is useful for preparing a medicine for osteoarthritis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanoenzyme has excellent catalase and superoxide dismutase-like activities, and provides effective strategies and new ideas for future treatment of osteoarthritis and oxidative stress-related chronic diseases. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the copper monoatomic nanoenzyme involving (S1) adding graphene and copper phthalocyanine to triple distilled water and centrifuging, (S2) carrying out ultrasonic treatment to the product obtained in step (S1), (S3) washing and drying the product obtained in step (S2) to obtain copper phthalocyanine functionalized graphene composite material, (S4) performing heat treatment on the copper phthalocyanine functionalized graphene composite material under argon atmosphere, (S5) cooling the product obtained in step (S4), and placing in hydrochloric solution for stirring, and (S6) washing and drying to obtain the final product.
