NOVELTY - A ceramic tile adhesive comprises 22-28 pts. wt. Portland cement, 44-52 pts. wt. aggregate compound, 12-16 pts. wt. polypropylene fiber compound-modified faujasite, 5-9 pts. wt. modified rice hull ash, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. pyrophyllite powder, 1-3 pts. wt. nanocomposite, 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. nano graphene powder, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. inorganic thixotropic agent, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. water reducing agent and 12-20 pts. wt. deionized water. The polypropylene fiber compound-modified faujasite is prepared by acidifying faujasite, basifying, adding water, grinding the washed faujasite, sieving, adding the resultant product to a magnetic stirrer, then adding sodium dodecyl sulfate, stirring, adding nanofiber powder, ultrasonically dispersing, performing suction filtration, drying, grinding, sieving through 30-70-mesh sieve, obtaining modified faujasite, mixing the modified faujasite and polypropylene, extruding, melt spinning at 220-230 degrees C, winding, stretching, and performing corona treatment. USE - Ceramic tile adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic tile adhesive is environmentally-friendly, and has high bonding strength. The modified rice husk ash has large specific surface area, and the lignin has excellent dispersibility in the concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A ceramic tile adhesive comprises 22-28 pts. wt. Portland cement, 44-52 pts. wt. aggregate compound, 12-16 pts. wt. polypropylene fiber compound-modified faujasite, 5-9 pts. wt. modified rice hull ash, 1.2-1.8 pts. wt. pyrophyllite powder, 1-3 pts. wt. nanocomposite, 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. nano graphene powder, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. inorganic thixotropic agent, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. water reducing agent and 12-20 pts. wt. deionized water. The polypropylene fiber compound-modified faujasite is prepared by acidifying faujasite, basifying, adding deionized water for stirring and washing until the washing solution becomes neutral, grinding the washed faujasite, sieving through a 240-300-mesh sieve, then adding the resultant product to a magnetic stirrer, leaving still, adding 6-10% sodium dodecyl sulfate, stirring at 65-75 rpm for 15-25 minutes, adding nanofiber powder, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-25 minutes, performing suction filtration, drying, grinding, sieving through 30-70-mesh sieve, obtaining modified faujasite, mixing the modified faujasite and polypropylene in a weight ratio of 85:15, extruding at 165-175 degrees C, drying, passing the resultant product through a multifunctional melt spinning machine at 220-230 degrees C, winding at 152-154 m/minute, stretching the resultant fibers 4 times at 123-125 degrees C, and performing corona treatment at 5 kW and 25 degrees C for 10 minutes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the adhesive.
