NOVELTY - Preparing graphene lubricating oil involves mixing 4-6 pts. wt. sorbitan fatty acid ester, 5-8 pts. wt. methacrylic acid and 10-15 pts. wt. boric acid, stirring and mixing for 30-40 minutes at 50-60 degrees C to obtain an acidic mixture, and then cooling to normal temperature, adding 5-6 times its weight to anhydrous ethanol, stirring, adding graphene, calcium linoleate, and methyl linoleate to the above mixture, and raising the temperature to 75-80 degrees C, incubating and stirring for 2.5 hours, rotating and evaporating. The ethanol is removed to obtain a sample solution. The sample solution is washed with high-purity deionized water, filtered, and dried to obtain modified graphene. The 150N base oil liquid is used without additives as the base oil liquid. USE - Method for preparing graphene lubricating oil for vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene lubricating oil that does not show any delamination or sinking after the static test, has good suspension stability, improves the lubricating performance of lubricating oil, maintains good low-temperature flow performance at low temperatures, and improves the lubrication performance of traditional vehicle lubrication. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene lubricating oil involves mixing 4-6 pts. wt. sorbitan fatty acid ester, 5-8 pts. wt. methacrylic acid and 10-15 pts. wt. boric acid, stirring and mixing for 30-40 minutes at 50-60 degrees C to obtain an acidic mixture, and then cooling to normal temperature, adding 5-6 times its weight to anhydrous ethanol, stirring, adding graphene, calcium linoleate, and methyl linoleate to the above mixture, and raising the temperature to 75-80 degrees C, incubating and stirring for 2.5 hours, rotating and evaporating. The ethanol is removed to obtain a sample solution. The sample solution is washed with high-purity deionized water, filtered, and dried to obtain modified graphene. The 150N base oil liquid is used without additives as the base oil liquid. The nano silicon dioxide is added and mixed the base oil liquid and nano SiO2. The ultrasonic mixing is performed by a stirring treatment device to obtain nano-lubricating oil. The modified graphene is added to the above-mentioned nano-lubricating oil, performed stirring and dispersion treatment, and then added the dispersant fatty acid glyceride or sodium deoxycholate. The added mass of the dispersant is 1.5-4% of the mass of the modified graphene, stirred and mixed for 30 minutes, and then sequentially added the surface modifier and the suspension stabilizer, and continued stirring for 60-80 minutes to prepare a stable suspension.
