NOVELTY - The method involves adding the graphene oxide suspension with 25 mL of dimethylsulfoxide, and after the ultrasonic dispersion is uniform. The zinc source, ammonium chloride and surfactant are added with magnetic stirring at specific minutes, so as to adjust the pH of 5.6-6.3. Transferred to 180-250 degrees C solvent thermal reaction at 12-20 hours, which is naturally cooled to room temperature. The samples are collected and washed with acetone and alcohol respectively, and the drying process is enabled to obtain a highly uniform dispersion of zinc sulfide/graphene composites. USE - Method for preparing graphene zinc sulfide nanoparticle composite material. ADVANTAGE - The conductivity of zinc sulfide is improved with a high specific capacitance and good cycle stability.
