NOVELTY - Nerve conduit comprises sequentially response unit (10) and conductive units (20) arranged alternately, where the response unit and conduction unit are provided with a hole porous array structure, the response unit can generate heat or potential gradients and guiding the directional migration of electrons or ions in the conduction unit and an electrical current is created in an axial direction of the nerve conduit. USE - The nerve conduit is used for regenerating and repairing nerves (claimed), promoting regeneration repair of central and peripheral nerve injury and treating trauma, disease or injury caused by surgery. ADVANTAGE - The nerve conduit has simple structure, greatly reduces construction difficulty and operation difficulty and achieves stable and controllable axial electrical stimulation through passive and wireless external field regulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the nerve conduit, involving constructing the response unit in the mold, pouring the precursor material of the hydrogel constituting the conductive unit above the response unit and forming a conductive unit through crosslinking construction and alternatively constructing the response unit and conduction unit in the mold forms the nerve conduit.
