Portland cement, 18-25 pts. wt. graphene-modified glass fiber, 100-200 pts. wt. lithium salt slag, 100-150 pts. wt. quartz sand, 2.5-8.5 pts. wt. nano-silicon particles, 7-13 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 20-30 pts. wt. elastic acrylic emulsion, 20-30 pts. wt. octyl phenolic tackifying resin, 5-8 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. alkyl acrylate copolymer emulsion, and 40-50 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Epoxy resin base deceleration spike material for road engineering. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin base deceleration spike material has high compressive strength, high tensile strength, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, high ductility, good energy consumption capability and elastic modulus. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing epoxy resin base deceleration spike material, which involves: (A) weighing each component; (B) weighing graphene modified glass fiber by ultrasonic dispersion in acrylic emulsion to form mixed solution; (C) weighing epoxy resin, nano silicon dioxide particle, nano-calcium carbonate, elastic acrylic emulsion, octyl phenolic tackifying resin, alkyl acrylic ester copolymer emulsion mixing and stirring uniformly, putting in the high speed shearing to obtain mixture; (D) weighed lithium salt slag, quartz sand, Portland cement, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain mixture B; and (E) mixing mixture B uniformly with obtained mixed liquid, stirring, adding mixed material A under pressure of 0.6-1 megapascal, adding weighed firming agent, stirring uniformly by hoist the obtained mixed material, conveying finished product in homogenization chamber, generating air through homogenization chamber bottom, and homogenizing to obtain final product.
