NOVELTY - A graphene-modified polymethyl methacrylate compound (I), is new. USE - A graphene modified polymethyl methacrylate compound (I) used in traffic transportation, medical treatment and health, and building. ADVANTAGE - The compound (I) has excellent mechanical performance and good transparency. It has a tensile strength of 115% higher than the pure polymethyl methacrylate polymer, and Young's modulus improved by 221%. Thermal loss is 10% when the temperature is increased by 30 degrees C, thus showing higher thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-modified polymethyl methacrylate compound of formula (I), is new. n=300-500; and m=10-50/500C. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing (I).
