▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing directional growth titanium boride reinforced titanium-based composite material comprises (i) taking a mixed solution of phosphoric acid and potassium permanganate to acidify graphene, and talking a sensitizing solution to sensitize graphene; (ii) ultrasonically dispersing boron-containing substance nanopowder, sensitized graphene and absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain boron-containing substance-graphene suspension, adding titanium-based metal powder, uniformly stirring and mixing, and drying to obtain boron-containing substance-graphene/titanium-based composite powder; (iii) performing plasma sintering; and (iv) performing hot compression, hot extrusion deformation or hot rolling for thermally deforming sintered body. USE - The method is useful for preparing directional growth titanium boride reinforced titanium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate; has high universality, and excellent dynamic mechanical property.
