▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing hydrophilic polypropylene sheath-core composite monofilament, is claimed. The skin layer material is hydrophilic modified polypropylene. A twin-screw extruder is used to prepare the hydrophilic modified polypropylene. The twin-screw extruder includes a main feeding port and at least three side feeding ports. The polypropylene masterbatch and compatibilizer are fed into the main feeding port and hydrophilic agents and anti-aging agents are fed into the side feed ports. USE - The method is useful for preparing hydrophilic polypropylene sheath-core composite monofilament. ADVANTAGE - The monofilament has relatively uniform and good hydrophilic properties.
