NOVELTY - Preparing oriented structure film of two-dimensional layered nanomaterial involves adding two-dimensional layered nanomaterial into water to obtain two-dimensional layered nano material dispersion. The polyvinyl alcohol solution is added into the two-dimensional layered nanomaterial dispersion liquid and a two-dimensional layered nanomaterial slurry is obtained. The slurry is coated on the substrate, subjected to ultrasonic treatment, drying, degreasing to obtain desired product. USE - Method for preparing oriented structure film of two-dimensional layered nanomaterial. ADVANTAGE - The preparation process of two-dimensional layered nanomaterial ordered orientation structure film is simple, and finished at normal temperature. The film prepared has wide application range, and is capable of satisfying the construction of 2D layered nano material ordered oriented structure film on the device surface with multiple area scales. The method adjust the slurry concentration and coating times of the 2D layer nano material to control the thickness of device surface 2D layers.
