NOVELTY - Producing graphene plate, comprises (1) peeling log and slicing; (2) cleaning wood chips to remove impurities; (3) placing cleaned wood chips into a wood chip cooking device, softening by pressurizing and cooking; (4) thermally grinding softened wood chip to obtain wood chip fiber; (5) placing dried wood fiber into sizing device for applying adhesive, where the adhesive comprises graphene-based additive; (6) drying wood fiber after sizing to obtain sizing wood fiber; (7) paving and pre-pressing sizing sheet fiber to obtain forming fiber plate blank; (8) sending formed fiber plate blank into hot press for hot pressing and molding; (9) coating graphene anti-corrosion layer on upper and lower surfaces of fiber plate blank; (10) applying flame-retardant fiber layer on graphene anti-corrosion layer and upper surface of the fiber plate blank; (11) coating flame-retardant fiber layer with nano graphene layer; (12) cutting fiber plate; and (13) cooling, stacking and preserving. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene plate. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple production technique, high efficiency, anti-corrosion and waterproof function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing graphene plate, comprises (1) peeling log, and slicing; (2) cleaning wood chips to remove impurities, making sand content of washed wood chips not more than 0.03-0.05 wt.%; (3) placing cleaned wood chips into a wood chip cooking device, softening by pressurizing and cooking at 180-190degrees Celsius for 4-6 minutes; (4) thermally grinding softened wood chip to obtain wood chip fiber; (5) placing dried wood fiber into sizing device for applying adhesive, where the adhesive comprises graphene-based additive comprising 80-120 pts. wt. composite graphene, 5-25 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene and 0.5-6 pts. wt. titanic acid ester coupling agent; (6) drying wood fiber after sizing to obtain sizing wood fiber with water content of 7-9 wt.%; (7) paving and pre-pressing sizing sheet fiber to obtain forming fiber plate blank; (8) sending formed fiber plate blank into a hot press for hot pressing and molding; (9) coating graphene anti-corrosion layer on upper and lower surfaces of the fiber plate blank; (10) applying flame-retardant fiber layer on graphene anti-corrosion layer and upper surface of the fiber plate blank, where the flame-retardant fiber layer is made of wood fiber, flame retardant and adhesive; (11) coating flame-retardant fiber layer with a nano graphene layer, where the nano-graphene layer is a single-layer nano graphene layer; (12) cutting fiber plate; and (13) cooling the cut fiber plate, stacking and preserving.
