▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The gradient porous ceramic prefabricated body comprises first porous ceramic prefabricated layer, second porous ceramic prefabricated layer, third porous ceramic prefabricated layer, fourth porous ceramic prefabricated layer and fifth porous ceramic prefabricated layer. The porosity of the first porous ceramic prefabricated layer, porosity of second porous ceramic prefabricated layer, porosity of third porous ceramic prefabricated layer, porosity of fourth porous ceramic prefabricated layer and porosity of fifth porous ceramic prefabricated layer are gradually increased. USE - The gradient porous ceramic prefabricated body is used in preparing aluminum alloy toughened ceramic composite material (claimed) for manufacturing wedge block for lift safety. ADVANTAGE - The gradient porous ceramic prefabricated body has good corrosion resistance, high specific modulus, and high specific strength and high wear resistance, and exhibits good performance under the high temperature environment, meets the performance safety of the wedge block, and has wide application prospect in the manufacturing field of the lift safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method of preparing the gradient porous ceramic prefabricated body; (2) an aluminum alloy toughened ceramic composite material comprising aluminum alloy and gradient porous ceramic prefabricated body, where the aluminum alloy is ZL101 aluminum alloy or ZL102 aluminum alloy; and (3) a method of preparing the aluminum alloy toughened ceramic composite material.
