▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing nano zero-valent iron/titanium dioxide nanometer line/graphene magnetic composite material comprises e.g. (i) adding titanium dioxide and graphene oxide into ethanol aqueous solution, stirring and ultrasonic dispersing, (ii) adding sodium hydroxide into suspension, stirring and reacting, cooling to, and then filtering, (iii) washing filter cake with deionized water, then continuously washing ion exchange and drying to obtain composite material, (iv) adding composite material in the iron salt solution, stirring, ultrasonicating, and then uniformly mixing, and post processing. USE - The composite material is useful in purifying wastewater containing antibiotics, pesticides, dyes or nitrates (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has strong reducibility and excellent light catalytic activity, strong degradation ability, excellent stability, and low cost; and is easy to operate, environmentally friendly and suitable for magnetic separation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano zero-valent iron/titanium dioxide nanometer line/graphene magnetic composite material comprises (i) adding 0.4-0.6 g titanium dioxide and 60-100 mg graphene oxide into ethanol aqueous solution, stirring and ultrasonic dispersing to obtain suspension, (ii) adding 12-18 g sodium hydroxide into step (i) titanium dioxide/graphene suspension, stirring to dissolve completely, reacting at 150-200 degrees C for 12-48 hours, cooling to room temperature, and then filtering, (iii) washing filter cake with deionized water to adjust pH to 9, then continuously washing ion exchange using 0.05-0.3 M hydrochloric acid and again washing with deionized water to neutralize and drying to obtain titanium dioxide nano line/graphene composite material, (iv) adding titanium dioxide nano line/graphene composite material in the iron salt solution, stirring, ultrasonicating, and then uniformly mixing to obtain suspension, (v) washing matrimony vine, cranberry, black rice, plant potato, red cabbage, blueberry, mulberry, haw peel, pitaya pericarp, eggplant peel with deionized water, drying, crushing, sieving and mixing with deionized water, heating to boiling and extracting, then cooling to room temperature, and then filtering to obtain extracting solution, and (vi) adding step (v) extracted liquid in the step (iv) suspension liquid, then stirring until the color of solution completely to black, filtering and drying to obtain final product.
