▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Processing graphene non-woven fabric, comprises (i) grinding certain amount of polyacrylonitrile into powder, (ii) heating certain amount polypropylene, graphene and thermoplastic resin to melt, adding polyacrylonitrile powder obtained in step (i), then adding certain amount of alginate gel, cellulose acetate and paraffin, and stirring evenly to form a mixture, (iii) extruding the mixture into polypropylene fibers, (iv) cooling the polypropylene fibers, (v) laying the polypropylene fibers into a mesh, and (vi) needle-punching and reinforcing polypropylene fiber mesh into a cloth to form non-woven fabric. USE - The method is useful for processing graphene non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The graphene non-woven fabric: is obviously superior to existing non-woven fabrics in terms of filterability; and has stronger antibacterial properties and long service life.
