NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene oxide coating bipolar plate comprises (1) adding the graphite powder and nitrate into concentrated sulfuric acid for the first ultrasonic treatment, slowly adding potassium permanganate, performing the second ultrasonic treatment, adding into the deionized water for mixing, continuously adding deionized water stopping reaction, obtaining the first solution, (2) adding oxidant and acid solution in the first solution, washing, performing ultrasonic peeling treatment to obtain the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, carrying out high temperature treatment and freeze drying treatment to the graphene oxide dispersion liquid to sequentially modified graphene oxide and (3) adding the modified graphene oxide and resin into the solvent, performing third ultrasonic mixing to obtain the coating, coating the coating on the surface of the polar plate, drying and curing to obtain the metal bipolar plate modified graphene oxide coating bipolar plate. USE - The method is useful to the field of fuel cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plate: has excellent corrosion resistance and conductive agent; provides excellent conductivity; has improved metal bipolar plate anti-corrosion and the conductive performance; improves the service life of polar plate and satisfies commercial use.
