NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano belt comprises (i) taking carbon nano tube, anaerobic anhydrous dimethyl ether derivative organic solvent mixed solution and pouring into a reaction vessel and filling with highly pure inert gas, (ii) adding potassium sodium liquid alloy to the carbon nano-tube mixed solution, continuously stirring for 1-5 days, (iii) injecting liquid halide to the reaction vessel for liquid chemical modification, the rotating speed is 100-1000 rotations/minute, stirring for 1 day, (iv) washing the mixed solution and (v) drying the solid residue at constant temperature. USE - The graphene nano belt is used in polymer additive, conductive agent and mechanical toughening agent. ADVANTAGE - The product has strong dispersibility and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene nano belt comprises (i) taking carbon nano tube, anaerobic anhydrous dimethyl ether derivative organic solvent mixed solution and pouring into a reaction vessel and filling with highly pure inert gas, the dimethyl derivative organic solvent by volume does not exceed the volume of the reaction container, the ratio of carbon nano tube and the carbon nano-tube into the reaction container is the same, (ii) adding potassium sodium liquid alloy to the carbon nano-tube mixed solution, continuously stirring for 1-5 days, adding the mixed liquid in the power 30-100 W, the frequency is 50-1000 Hz under the condition of ultrasonic oscillation for 5-60 minutes, the rotating speed is 100-1000 rotations/minute, (iii) injecting liquid halide to the reaction vessel for liquid chemical modification, the rotating speed is 100-1000 rotations/minute, stirring for 1 day, (iv) washing the mixed solution, vacuum filtering, collecting the obtained solid residue, cleaning using cleaning liquid for 3 time each, the cleaning liquid includes tetrahydrofuran, isopropanol deionized water, (v) drying the solid residue at constant temperature of 60-150 degrees C for 2-24 hours to obtain the final product.
