▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Charge-removing black rubber tube comprises 15-25 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 25-55 pts. wt. conductive agent, 0-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-15 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. processing agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. UV absorber, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - The charge-removing black rubber tube is useful in a blood purifying device of an extracorporeal circulation pipeline. Can be used in the field of medical materials, ADVANTAGE - The charge-removing black rubber tube has excellent conductivity, mechanical property and flexibility, and reduced surface resistivity and does not influence the mechanical property of the material, and completely satisfy the requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a a method for preparing charge-removing black rubber tube comprising (1) providing 80-100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 0.5-1 pts. wt. nano carbon fiber, 0.5-1 pts. wt. powdered graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 600 dioleate, 2-5 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. butyl stearate, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. UV absorber, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, (2) adding polyvinyl chloride resin and carbon nanofiber in the kneader and kneading to obtain polyvinyl chloride/carbon nanofiber masterbatch, (3) premixing polyacrylamide, polyethylene glycol 600 dioleate, N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, conductive carbon black and powdered graphene to obtain premixed conductive agent, (4) mixing and stirring the polyvinyl chloride/nano-carbon fiber master batch, premixed conductive agent, chlorinated paraffin, butyl stearate, thermoplastic polyurethane, ultraviolet absorber, antioxidant, and remaining polyvinyl chloride resin, granulating through a twin-screw extruder to obtain conductive polyvinyl chloride particles, and then extruding through a single-screw extruder to obtain a decharge tube with a certain inner and outer diameter, where the mass ratio of the PVC resin used in step (2) to the remaining polyvinyl chloride resin in step (4) is 1:4-5.
