NOVELTY - The preparation method of a silk spandex composite conductive yarn flexible sensor involves: spirally winding the silk yarn on the surface of the elastic spandex yarn to prepare silk/spandex composite yarn; cleaning impurities on the surface of yarn using a surface cleaning agent and then drying; soaking the silk/spandex composite yarn into a 3-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyl trimethoxy silane coupling agent solution for modification and then drying to obtain a coupling agent modified silk/spandex composite yarn; combining the graphene oxide solution prepared by the oxidation-reduction method with the coupling agent modified silk/spandex composite yarn using a small padder and adopting a circulating padding method; placing the silk/spandex composite yarn in an ascorbic acid solution, and reducing graphene oxide on the surface of the silk/spandex composite yarn to obtain a silk/spandex composite conductive yarn; and packaging with an elastic polymer or integrating into a textile structure. USE - Preparation method of a silk spandex composite conductive yarn flexible sensor for monitoring movement and health status of the human body. ADVANTAGE - The prepared silk spandex composite conductive yarn flexible sensor is good in stability, light, thin and attachable, and various clothing products can be prepared by weaving silk/spandex composite conductive yarns into cloth through a textile technology, so that various movement and health states of a human body can be monitored in real time for a long time. The elastic composite yarn has wide tensile strain range, good conductivity, stability, durability, good flexibility, good comfort, simple process, low cost and easy industrialization. The sensor can be integrated into different flexible electronic textiles according to different requirements, and has a wide application range.
