NOVELTY - High elongation polyphenylene charger shell material comprises 120-140 pts. wt. polyphenylene ether composite resin, 1-2 pts. wt. disproportionated rosin, 1-2 pts. wt. vinyl-terminated silicone oil, 1-2 pts. wt. lauryl alcohol, 35-45 pts. wt. fly ash, 20-30 pts. wt. hollow glass beads, 30-40 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 8-16 pts. wt. sepiolite powder, 3-7 pts. wt. graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer,1-1.6 pts. wt. 1,1-bis-(tert-butylperoxy)cyclohexane, 2-2.4 pts. wt. dimethylbenzylamine, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. flame retardant FR2025, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. thermal stabilizer, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. styrene butadiene styrene toughening agent and 1-1.4 pts. wt. anti-dripping agent. USE - Used as high elongation polyphenylene charger shell material. ADVANTAGE - The high elongation polyphenylene charger shell material: has high tensile strength and tear resistance, excellent filling and reinforcing property and low cost; and can be used for long time under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure.
