NOVELTY - Nanoparticle doped porous graphene/rare earth multilayer composite silane film comprises 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. ethanol, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. water and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. hydrolysis liquid. USE - The composite silane film is useful for surface treatment of metal material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film; has better physical and chemical properties of the silane film, more compact structure, and ensures the protection effect of the metal substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPDNENT CLAIM is also included for: preparing nanoparticle doped porous graphene/rare earth multi-layer composite silane film by electro-deposition method comprising (i) mixing silane coupling agent, ethanol, water and fully hydrolyzing to obtain hydrolysis solution, (ii) dividing the hydrolysis solution in the step (i) into two parts, adding the one part with porous graphene and rare earth salt, and mixing uniformly to obtain first electrodeposition solution, and adding the other part with nano-particle ultrasonic dispersion uniformly to obtain the second electrodeposition solution, (iii) using the metal substrate as the working electrode of the three-electrode system, inserting into first electrodeposition solution, performing timing current method electro-deposition, drying and curing to obtain the working electrode covered with porous graphene/rare earth salt silane film, (iv) taking the electrode obtained in the step (iii) as the working electrode, accessing the three-electrode system, and inserting into the second electrodeposition solution, performing timing current method electro-deposition, drying and solidifying.
