NOVELTY - The steering wheel comprises a steering wheel core and a graphene heating element (200) on the steering wheel core. A rigid structural support (204) and a rigid foam (202) encapsulating the rigid structural support. A cover (206) enclosing the steering wheel core and graphene heating element also has the leather. The graphene heating element has a thickness of about zero point two millimeters and operates on a voltage of between about five and twelve volts at a current of about one point two amps. The graphene heating element operates the temperatures between fourty degrees Celsius and hundred degrees Celsius. USE - Steering wheel for a vehicle incorporating a graphene thermo-electric element. ADVANTAGE - The steering wheel heating is provided which has improved performance, appearance and a reduction in cost. A graphene heating element is much thinner which provides greater flexibility in steering wheel design and improved appearance.
