▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Mixed waste textiles based multifunctional flexible shielding fabric comprises sequentially stitched carbonized graphene oxide (GO)/iron(II,III) oxide (Fe3O4)/waste cotton fiber needle felt, iron(II,III) oxide/waste cotton fiber needle felt and waste carbon fiber needle felt, which are packaged in PDMS. USE - The flexible shielding fabric is useful for military tent with both electromagnetic shielding and infrared stealth. ADVANTAGE - The flexible shielding fabric: has unique layered structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: Preparing mixed waste textiles based multifunctional flexible shielding fabric comprising (1) soaking the waste cotton fiber needle felt in graphene oxide/iron(II,III) oxide mixed solution, taking it out and drying it, carbonizing it at high temperature, and waiting for use after carbonization is completed; (2) soaking the waste cotton fiber needle felt in iron(II,III) oxide solution, taking it out and drying; (3) using the carbonized graphene oxide/iron(II,III) oxide/ waste cotton fiber needle-punched felt obtained in step (1) obtains as uppermost layer, iron(II,III) oxide/waste and old cotton fiber needle-punched felt obtained in step (2) as intermediate layer, and carbon fiber needle felt as bottom layer, and sewing to obtain waste cotton/carbon hybrid fiber composite material; and (4) coating and encapsulating the waste cotton/carbon hybrid fiber composite material obtained in step (3) with PDMS solution, and drying to obtain a waste cotton/carbon hybrid fiber multifunctional shielding composite material. Military tent with both electromagnetic shielding and infrared stealth, is made of flexible shielding material mentioned above.
