NOVELTY - The method comprises chemical peeling and oxidizing crystalline flake graphite to prepare graphite oxide, mixing graphite oxide, water and urea, ultrasonically stirring to obtain mixed slurry, putting mixed slurry in dry box, drying mixed material, putting mixed material in microwave oven, and performing microwave radiation. USE - Method for preparing elastic nitrogen-doped layered graphene electrode material for use in super capacitor used in energy storage device of mobile device such as automobile. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively improves the use stability of the electrode material graphene using the urea to modify the graphite oxide and stack reconstruction. The prepared product has high capacity, low circulation expansion, and long service life.
