NOVELTY - Graphene latex yarn comprises 80-90 pts. wt. concentrated latex, 12-16 pts. wt. kaolin, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. color paste, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. vulcanizing bag, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. zinc oxide, 0.04-0.08 pt. wt. ammonia, 0.04-0.08 pt. wt. graphene paste, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. potassium hydroxide, 0.01-0.02 pt. wt. triethanolamine, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. bentonite, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. polymethacrylate and 0.06-0.1 pt. wt. oleic acid. USE - As graphene latex yarn. ADVANTAGE - The graphene latex yarn enhances performance of latex yarn and has high mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene latex yarn involving (i) dispersing graphene paste in 19 times the weight of the graphene paste in water and stirring for 5-10 minutes with a mixer, (ii) mixing concentrated latex, kaolin, color paste, vulcanizing bag, zinc oxide, ammonia, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, bentonite, polymethacrylate and oleic acid, (iii) slowly adding the liquid obtained in step (i) to the mixture obtained in step (iii), and uniformly stirring to obtain a glue liquid, (iv) introducing the glue liquid obtained in step (iii) into an extrusion equipment to obtain filaments and (iv) placing the filaments in an acid tank, forming the filaments by acetic acid releasing water, washing the formed filaments with water and drying, powdering the dried filaments in the talc powder box, vulcanizing the filaments in a vulcanizing furnace and finally cooling to obtain latex filaments.
