▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of surface-modified nickel-titanium shape memory alloy involves growing metal copper or metal nickel base substrate on graphene surface coated with poly(methylmethacrylate), providing into a ferric chloride etching solution, etching, obtaining poly(methylmethacrylate)/graphene composite film, washing, transferring to surface of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy, providing the obtained product into an oven, then dropping acetone to remove polymethyl methacrylate, and obtaining graphene film coated on surface of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy. USE - Preparation of surface-modified nickel-titanium shape memory alloy (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of surface-modified nickel-titanium shape memory alloy having excellent biocompatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of surface-modified nickel-titanium shape memory alloy involves growing metal copper or metal nickel base substrate on graphene surface coated with poly(methylmethacrylate), providing the substrate and graphene into a ferric chloride etching solution, etching for 20-40 minutes, obtaining poly(methylmethacrylate)/graphene composite film, washing the obtained film using water, transferring the resultant product to surface of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy, providing the obtained product into an oven, incubating at 50-60 degrees C for 3-5 hours, then dropping acetone to remove polymethyl methacrylate, and obtaining graphene film coated on surface of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for nickel-titanium shape memory alloy.
