▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transferring nanorod involves preparing substrate on which an intermediate layer is formed. The intermediate layer is formed with graphene layer on it. Layer of diblock copolymer is formed on the obtained graphene layer. Nano-rod pattern is formed on the dual-block copolymer layer. Metal oxide nanorod is formed within the nanorod pattern. The dual block copolymer layer is removed. The graphene layer having the metal oxide nanorods, is separated from the substrate by etching the intermediate layer. Lower portion of the graphene layer is attached to predetermined material surface. USE - Method for transferring nanorod (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to transfer nanorod, which has excellent conductivity, mechanical property, thermal and chemical stability due to the presence of graphene layer.
