▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing carbonaceous graphene oxide nanofilms from pure sugar, involves adding triturated pure sugar precursor to beaker and covering the mouth of the beaker with Petri dish, heating the mixture at 700° C and maintaining for 5 minutes, covering the beaker with mixture with lid to avoid loss of water due to evaporation, obtaining a brownish-black froth after 5 minutes and filtering the solution using Whatman Grade 41 filter paper, and isolating the carbonaceous material graphene oxide quantum in the form of the filtrate in water. USE - The method is used for preparing carbonaceous graphene oxide nanofilms from pure sugar. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares graphene oxide rapidly in mass scale from non-graphitic, easily available, inexpensive household precursor without using any oxidizers, solvents, inert conditions and independent from pH buffer monitoring, and highlights the photodegradation ability of the synthesized graphene oxide against two pollutant dyes RB and AF.
