▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electrospray battery, comprises (i) preparing nanofiber film by electrostatic spinning; (ii) preparing the integrated electrode by spraying the anode and cathode material on the two sides of the diaphragm respectively; (iii) cutting the integrated electrode; and (iv) performing electrolyte soakage and battery assembly. USE - The electrospray battery i.e. lithium-ion battery is useful in portable electronics, electric vehicles, and grid storage systems. ADVANTAGE - The method: prepares polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofiber film by electrospinning, which has high flexibility and the resulting porous nanofiber film can promote the absorption of electrolyte; prepares integrated electrodes by electrospraying, which makes the material sprayed on the separator more uniform and dense, and compaction process and high loads can be carried out uniformly; is simple, has greatly reduced production cost and production time; also has high utilization rate of raw materials, high material compatibility, and suitable for the preparation of various electrodes.
