▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for producing PVA/graphene film involves dispersing poly(vinyl alcohol) and graphene nanoplatelets in water to form a mixture, where the mass ratio of poly(vinyl alcohol) to graphene nanoplatelets in the mixture is (80:1)-(110:1), and drying the mixture to produce the PVA/graphene film. The electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness of the PVA/graphene film is 90-140 dB for an electromagnetic radiation in the range of 0.8-2.5 GHz. USE - The film is useful for shielding material on electrical devices to decrease electromagnetic interference. ADVANTAGE - The film has as excellent film forming ability and adhesive properties, exhibits crystallinity, can be supplied as beads or as solutions in water, is biocompatible, non-toxic, resistant to oil, grease, and solvent, and has high tensile strength, flexibility, high yield and high performance.
