NOVELTY - A corrosion resistant polyethylene water supply pipe material comprises base layer (41) and anticorrosive graphene coating (42). The anticorrosive graphene coating is coated on the surface of the base layer. The anticorrosive graphene coating is composed of polyethylene, color master batch, epoxy resin and dispersant. The water supply pipeline is prepared by selecting polyethylene, color master batch, epoxy resin and dispersant, cleaning, drying, and granulating; mixing with dispersant, extruding, blowing 40 degrees C hot air, shaping, and cutting device; and conveying the cut pipeline to the cleaning frame, starting cleaning motor to drive a transmission gear, blowing air, discharging discharging soft pipe, starting rotating motor, drying pipe at 40 degrees C, conveyed to UV curing frame, and curing. USE - Corrosion resistant polyethylene water supply pipe material. ADVANTAGE - The method has greatly increased preparation efficiency. The graphene coating on the surface can play a good anti-corrosion effect and increases the service life of the pipe.
