NOVELTY - Preparing composite dimension carbon atom framework van der Waals homogeneous structure temperature control physical defogging film comprises (i) using high-purity graphite rods as electrodes, and preparing powder-shaped carbon nanotube material, (ii) preparing single crystal graphene, (iii) adding solution after rinsing carbon nanotubes with surfactant and subjecting to ultrasonic peeling to form carbon nanotube dispersion, (iv) spin-coating carbon nanotube dispersion on surface of produced graphene single crystal, bonding, and forming a carbon nanotube/graphene van der Waals homogeneous structure layer, (v) spraying cellulose acetate by connecting cellulose acetate solution to low-pressure spraying gun, spraying, and obtaining defogging film, and (vi) physically stripping carbon framework van der Waals homogeneous structure film coated with cellulose acetate from substrate, coating conductive silver paste and metal conductive adhesive tape on two ends, and connecting circuit. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite dimension carbon atom framework van der Waals homogeneous structure temperature control physical defogging film. ADVANTAGE - The method: reaches the purpose of physical protection. The film: has low cost, high light transmittance, fast heating speed and precise temperature control; and can be arbitrarily attached or directly coated on the surface of glass, metal, screen, ceramics and other objects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing composite dimension carbon atom framework van der Waals homogeneous structure temperature control physical defogging film comprises (i) using high-purity graphite rods as electrodes, and discharging at high voltage in a sealed cavity to produce powder-shaped carbon nanotube material, (ii) preparing single crystal graphene by using intelligently controlled chemical vapor deposition device combined with single-crystal copper substrates to mass-produce single-crystal graphene single-atom thin films at low cost, and transferring to other substrates, (iii) adding solution after rinsing carbon nanotubes in the step (i) with a surfactant and subjecting to ultrasonic peeling to form a carbon nanotube dispersion, (iv) spin-coating the carbon nanotube dispersion with a concentration of 0.1-5 mg/ml on surface of produced graphene single crystal, physically bonding under specific temperature and atmosphere environment treatment, and finally forming a carbon nanotube/graphene van der Waals homogeneous structure layer, (v) spraying cellulose acetate by firstly connecting the cellulose acetate solution with a concentration of 1-20 mg/ml to the low-pressure spraying gun, uniformly spraying with a specific nitrogen flow rate, and controlling the spraying time to obtain a defogging film with a corresponding light transmittance, and (vi) physically stripping the carbon framework van der Waals homogeneous structure film coated with cellulose acetate from the substrate, coating conductive silver paste and metal conductive adhesive tape on two ends, and connecting circuit to obtain a functional finished product.
