NOVELTY - Organic solvent, graphene oxide sheet hydrosol and tin salt are mixed, and heated at 60-200 degrees C for 0.5-12 hours, to obtain solid substance. The obtained solid substance is heated at 400-700 degrees C for 0.5-10 hours under inert gas atmosphere, to obtain tin dioxide and graphene sheet composite material. USE - Manufacture of tin dioxide and graphene sheet composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides composite material with improved stability, electrochemical performance, conductivity and charging and discharging characteristics, by simple process.
