▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide based far-infrared heating coating contains graphene oxide, nano-alumina, bamboo carbon powder, tourmaline, nano-silver/silica shell structure, calcite, hematite, zircon, maifanite, red mud, silica sol, Eucalyptus oil, kaolin, acrylic emulsion and antifoaming agent. The graphene oxide is prepared by adding flake graphite, potassium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid to container, cooling in ice-water bath, stirring, then adding potassium permanganate to obtain brown suspension, washing suspensions with deionized water and ethanol, and stirring. USE - Graphene oxide based far-infrared heating coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide based far-infrared heating coating is environmentally-friendly, and has excellent far-infrared heating ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide based far-infrared heating coating contains 20-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. nano-alumina, 10-15 pts. wt. bamboo carbon powder, 10-15 pts. wt. tourmaline, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-silver/silica shell structure, 1-5 pts. wt. calcite, 1-5 pts. wt. hematite, 1-5 pts. wt. zircon, 1-5 pts. wt. maifanite, 1-5 pts. wt. red mud, 1-5 pts. wt. silica sol, 1-5 pts. wt. Eucalyptus oil, 1-5 pts. wt. kaolin, 1-5 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion and 1-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. The graphene oxide is prepared by adding 2 pts. wt. flake graphite, 1 pt. wt. potassium nitrate and 85 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid to container, cooling the mixture in ice-water bath, stirring, then adding 5 pts. wt. potassium permanganate to obtain brown suspension, adding 5 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide to obtain bright yellow suspension, washing the suspensions with deionized water and ethanol, dispersing graphene oxide in extract liquid, and stirring the mixture at 80 degrees C for 2 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide based far-infrared heating coating, which involves mixing above raw materials, wet ball-milling mixed material for 12 hours, then adding distilled water as solvent and then drying at 50 degrees C to obtain material, pre-treating material, spraying pre-treated material on substrate to obtain graphene oxide based far-infrared heating coating with thickness of 1-20 mm.
