NOVELTY - Preparation of rubber special-purpose graphene micro-sheet masterbatch, involves (i) heating graphene microtablets in a closed chamber, stirring while oscillating to form graphene dust floating in space, (ii) spraying silicon source material into the graphene dust closed chamber and mixing evenly, (iii) injecting water vapor into a sealed chamber, hydrolyzing silicon source material, settling together with the graphene, separating graphene/silica composite material by cyclone, (iv) mixing graphene/silica composite, sulfur, polymer carrier and surfactant and granulating. USE - Preparation of rubber special-purpose graphene micro-sheet masterbatch for rubber tire of automobile. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch enhances rubber tire performance and improves wear resistance, anti-aging, flame retardant properties of special rubber used in automobile seals. The method enables simple and easy large-scale industrial production of masterbatch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of rubber special-purpose graphene micro-sheet masterbatch for rubber, involves (i) heating 5-15 pts. wt. graphene microtablets in a closed chamber at 200-300 degrees C, stirring evenly while oscillating to form graphene dust floating in the space, (ii) spraying 20-35 pts. wt. silicon source material from a spray drying port into the graphene dust closed chamber where the graphene materials and silicon materials are in space collision, and mixing evenly, (iii) injecting water vapor of 200-300 degrees C into a sealed chamber, hydrolyzing the silicon source material, settling together with the graphene, and then separating the graphene/silica composite material by cyclone, (iv) mixing graphene/silica composite, 2-5 pts. wt. sulfur, 40-50 pts. wt. polymer carrier and 0.5-0.5 pt. wt. surfactant, and granulating to obtain rubber special-purpose graphene micro-sheet masterbatch.
