The sensor is prepared by setting the sensitive devices as electrodes in left and right electrolyte pools respectively, preparing the transfer device, filling electrolyte pool with activated carbon particles and copper sulfate electrolyte and lighting, using preset relation to transform copper sulfate concentration induced by graphene electrode into corresponding potential difference, and converting sensed potential difference into an open circuit voltage or current through a voltage or current detector and a conversion circuit to obtain a corresponding electrical signal.
