▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ferromagnetic graphene comprises a graphene layer having grain diameter of 1-20 nm and magnetism of greater than or equal to 1 emu/g at 300K. USE - The ferromagnetic graphene is useful for magnetic memory and drug delivery system (all claimed) including drug carrier. ADVANTAGE - The ferromagnetic graphene exhibits long term ferromagnetic stably at room temperature, and does not change even under harsh conditions including heat treatment or cooling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) magnetic memory comprising ferromagnetic graphene; and (2) producing ferromagnetic graphene, comprising either: (a1) forming a first graphene layer on a substrate, (a2) forming a hydrogenation layer by performing hydrogen plasma treatment on the first graphene layer, and (a3) forming a second graphene layer on the first hydro treatment layer, or (b1) forming the graphene layer on the substrate, (b2) treating the graphene layer with oxygen plasma, and (b3) treating the graphene layer with oxygen plasma.
