▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The concentrating apparatus has a first module (100) with an upper opening and a closing opening and having a porous membrane for filtering a sample sample. A passage is disposed in a vertical direction with respect to a bottom surface of the second module (200). Another passage is arranged on a side of the former passage. A third module (300) is positioned under the latter passage and includes a vacuum pump (40) for applying negative pressure to the modules. The membrane is made of nylon, nitrocellulose, polyester, polycellponate, PVC, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, cellulose acetate, regenerated cellulose, glass fiber, carbon nanotube, graphene and ceramic. USE - Disposable biomaterial concentration device for detecting and analyzing biological materials, such as bacteria, viruses, antibodies, proteins, and nano-endoplasmic reticulum during early detection, early treatment, and tracking of diseases. ADVANTAGE - The device is easy to handle, and enables diagnosis by directly using the membrane in which the biomaterial is concentrated, and recovers only the second module or membrane having the membrane. The device can be easily disposed without the phenomenon that the accumulated contaminants are discharged to the outside or flow backward in the upward direction. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the concentrating apparatus.
