▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for depositing a nanocomposite anticorrosion coating on a corrodible metal, involves depositing at least one bilayer on a surface of the corrodible metal, and crosslinking the crosslinkable polymer, where the bilayer comprises a layer of a crosslinkable polymer and a layer of dispersed and aligned platelet particles. USE - The method is useful for depositing a nanocomposite anticorrosion coating on a corrodible metal. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent corrosion barrier properties, barrier properties, mechanical integrity, film properties and chemical and mechanical stability. The method eliminates required and extensive processing of materials using harsh chemicals, such as production of graphene/graphene oxide.
