NOVELTY - Anti-ultraviolet and anti-carbonation concrete, comprises 0.5-2 wt.% water-reducing agent of the total amount of cement and mineral admixtures water ≤ 150 kg/m3, water-binder ratio ≤ 0.28. The anti-ultraviolet agent is made up of benzotriazole, nano titanium dioxide and modified tetrapodal zinc oxide (T-ZnO) whisker. The anti-carbonization agent consists of hydrotalcite and graphene oxide. USE - UV resistance anti-carbonized concrete used for plateau railway concrete construction. Uses include but are not limited to building material, roofing material, flooring material and roofing materials. ADVANTAGE - The UV resistance anti-carbonized concrete has high compactness, and excellent mechanical property under the condition of UV resistance resistance, and is capable of serving in plateau environment ultraviolet resistance carbonization, and has excellent UV resistance and carbonization resistance. The rutile nano titanium dioxide has high hardness, density and dielectric constant, and good light stability and relatively low photo-catalytic activity, and the 290-300 nm of medium-wave region ultraviolet has good absorption effect.
