NOVELTY - Sulfide solid electrolyte modified by two-dimensional carbon material comprises a two-dimensional carbon material uniformly distributed in a sulfide electrolyte. The sulfide electrolyte comprises lithium-ion and anion containing at least sulfur element. The mass fraction of the two-dimensional carbon material calculated by carbon element is 150ppm-10%. USE - Sulfide solid electrolyte modified by two-dimensional carbon material for a solid-state battery anode of a full-solid-state lithium secondary battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sulfide solid electrolyte modified by the two-dimensional carbon material is a lithium ion-electron mixed conductor, which can significantly reduce or avoid the use of carbon-containing conductive agents in solid state anodes, and effectively avoids the decomposition of sulfide solid electrolyte and the degradation of cycle performance caused by the addition of conductive agents.
