NOVELTY - One-component urethane heat dissipation paint composition comprises 25-45 wt.% polyol; 7-20 wt.% thermally conductive particles; 5-10 wt.% additives; 6-15 wt.% block diisocyanate; and 10-50 wt.% acetate-based solvent, where the thermally conductive particles include graphite of expanded graphite, impression graphite, artificial graphite, and/or earth graphite; and metal particles, where the composition has a pot life of 120 hours or more at room temperature. The graphite is milled for 2-6 hours and exfoliated to separate graphene nanoplate (GNP) and graphene from graphite, graphite particles, graphene nanoplate particles, and/or graphene particles is mixed, where the particle diameter is 0.1-50 μ m, where the milling beads used in the milling are zirconia having a diameter of 0.05-3 mm. The composition further comprises 0.5-1.5 wt.% nonionic surfactant based on the total weight of the composition. USE - The one-component urethane heat dissipation paint composition is useful for coating heat dissipation coating film of an article (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The one-component urethane heat dissipation paint composition utilized for coating film has excellent adhesion with one coat, prevents peeling from the surface during use of the heat dissipation part, and maintains high durability against external thermal shock and salt spray; is suitable for coating on various substrates without limitation of pot life and has excellent heat dissipation performance; does not have time restrictions in the entire process of preparing the paint before coating, e.g. mixing and stirring the main agent and the curing agent, and has effect of eliminating various factors that causes process defects e.g. measurement error, mixing, penetration of foreign matter or moisture, and viscosity increase at room temperature; and has secured process stability and homeostasis of coating film quality.
