NOVELTY - Heavy-duty static conductive solid tire tread rubber material comprises 80-100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 80-100 pts. wt. polybutadiene rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 60-80 pts. wt. carbon black, 5-10 pts. wt. paraffin, 2-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing accelerator and 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as heavy-duty static conductive solid tire tread rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The heavy-duty static conductive solid tire tread rubber material has increased durability, does not generate crack and peeling phenomenon, improves use durability, greatly improves tire static conductive ability, avoids static accumulation caused by the vehicle interior parts damage even firing, and improves safety and stability of use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of heavy-duty static conductive solid tire tread rubber material, comprising (i) adding 100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 100 pts. wt. polybutadiene rubber, 15 pts. wt. graphene, 70 pts. wt. carbon black, 10 pts. wt. paraffin, 3 pts. wt. zinc oxide and 1 pts. wt. N-N'-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine, stirring at 900 revolutions/minute for 30 minutes, heating and mixing until the rubber temperature reaches 150℃, and (ii) productivity mixing step, adding 3 pts. wt. sulfur into the rubber, and stirring at 900 revolutions/minute until the temperature reaches 100-120℃, and obtaining the tread rubber material.
