NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene involves introducing gas containing carbon dioxide in gallium-based liquid alloy at preset reaction temperature, and regulating and controlling the reaction temperature and flow rate of the gas to control the generation of graphene. The amount of the gallium-based liquid alloy is excessive relative to the amount of the carbon dioxide in the gas. USE - Preparation of graphene used in various application such as chemistry, physics, materials and electronics. ADVANTAGE - The method uses gallium in the gallium-based liquid metal to activate carbon dioxide at room temperature to decompose into solid carbon, and uses carbon dioxide to synthesize graphene, which can make the mass production of graphene possible and reduce carbon dioxide emissions to the atmosphere, has high yield, no pollution, and easy operation.
