NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified heavy anti-corrosion coating material, comprises (a) adding graphene into an oily solvent, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain an pre-dispersion liquid, (b) filtering the pre-dispersion liquid to obtain a slurry, (c) adding graphene dispersing auxiliary agent into the slurry, performing ball milling treatment to obtain an uniformly dispersed graphene slurry, and (d) blowing the graphene slurry into the primer and the top coat by compressed air, adding an auxiliary agent, and stirring to obtain the product, where the total mass of graphene in the graphene modified heavy anti-corrosion coating material is 0.01-3 wt.%. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified heavy anti-corrosion coating material. ADVANTAGE - The coating material has excellent corrosion resistance, high coating hardness and strong adhesive force, and can prolong the shelf life of metal.
