▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Obtaining a leather (2), polymer and graphene-based nanocomposite compound comprising graphene comprises adding 0.25-10 mass% graphene oxide (1), 40-80 mass% leather, 10-60 mass% polymers (3) and 0.01-45 mass% calcium carbonate (4) using extrusion in an extruder (5) in which graphene oxide, polymers and calcium carbonate are melted and dispersed homogeneously in the leather. USE - The process is useful for obtaining a leather, polymer and graphene-based nanocomposite compound (claimed) which is used in the manufacture of packaging, cups, shoe soles, pipes, bags, bottles, tires, carpets, car parts, and other plastic product. ADVANTAGE - The process: allows to increase the use of paper and cellulose and reduces the use of polymers which are not biodegradable and compostable, with the concomitant beneficial effect on the environment; has an industrial application; is simple and fast; and reduces costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for leather, polymer and graphene-based nanocomposite compound produced by the process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a vertical longitudinal sectional plane. 1Graphene oxide 2Leather 3Polymers 4Calcium carbonate 5Extruder
