▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A heat conductive rubber composition contains main rubber, graphene, coupling agent, carbon-based reinforcing agent, leveling agent, vulcanization agents, vulcanization activators, plasticizers and/or vulcanization accelerators stored independently or as a mixture. The main rubber is butyl rubber of saturation degree higher than 98.3%. The graphene is layered graphene and the carbon-based reinforcing agent is carbon black. The homogenizing agent is selected from fatty acid, fatty hydrocarbon wax, aromatic hydrocarbon wax, fatty acid amine, fatty acid zinc salt and/or fatty acid ester. The rubber composition comprises 1-15 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-1 pts. wt. coupling agent, 30-60 pts. wt. carbon-based reinforcing agent, 1-6 pts. wt. homogenizing agent, 3-10 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-11 pts. wt. vulcanization activator, 3-8 pts. wt. plasticizer and 2-8 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator. USE - The rubber composition is used in the preparation of vulcanized rubber used for preparing a curing bladder or a vulcanized bladder rubber (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The vulcanized rubber prepared, has improved processability, mechanical property and air tightness, stable shelf life, and high heat-conducting efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of vulcanized rubber, which involves mixing the respective components of the heat conductive rubber composition and forming a rubber compound which is subjected to vulcanization treatment.
