▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene laminated material (1) comprises graphene film (2) containing covalently bonded carbon atoms, adhesive layer (3) having physical adhesiveness, and base material (4) having predetermined strength. The graphene film is adhered to surface of the adhesive layer and the base material is adhered to the other surface of the adhesive layer. USE - Graphene laminated material. Uses include but are not limited to transparent electrode, conductive thin film, thermal radiation and heater element, display, organic light emitting device and solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film in graphene laminated material has excellent handleability. The protection membrane has excellent gas-barrier property, light-shielding property and mold release property. The base material has excellent strength, flexibility, thermosetting property, thermoplasticity, heat shrinkability, translucency, biodegradability and/or water solubility.
