NOVELTY - Antibacterial mildew-proof ceramic glaze comprises core-shell structure ceramic powder comprising inner core, middle coating layer and surface layer. The inner core comprises 10-30 pts. wt. alkali metal carbonate, 60-80 pts. wt. feldspar, 3-5 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide and 3-5 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose. The middle coating layer comprises graphene oxide, nano iron powder, sodium fluoride and organic carbon source. The nano iron powder, sodium fluoride and organic carbon source are embedded in interlayer structure of graphene oxide. The surface layer comprises nano silicon dioxide. The particle size distribution range of inner core is 100-500 mu m. The thickness of middle coating layer is 5-20 mu m. The thickness of surface layer is 0.1-3 mu m. USE - The ceramic glaze is useful for manufacturing ceramic product. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic glaze has excellent antibacterial effect and mildew-proof effect.
