NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene thin film involves coating graphene oxide solution on a metal substrate, drying and curing the graphene oxide thin film on a metal substrate at a preset condition, laser engraving by reduction treatment of graphene oxide thin film and separating graphene thin film and metal substrate. USE - Preparation of graphene thin film used for preparing graphene supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene thin film with reduced energy consumption in short period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene film; (2) preparation of graphene supercapacitor, which involves encapsulating graphene thin film electrode with graphene film, pouring an electrolyte solution and drying; and (3) graphene supercapacitor.
